I’m writing to share feedback regarding an experience I had today while picking up a takeout order.
When I arrived, I checked the order name before taking the bag. Before I could leave, the employee behind the counter loudly asked if the order was for “Caleshia.” I replied that it was for Brooklyn. She responded with a rude look and said, “Okay, take it then,” which felt unnecessarily dismissive.
Once I got home, I opened my bagel and found a gnat inside the cream cheese. I immediately called the store to let someone know, as I felt it was important for food safety reasons. The person who answered the phone responded with, “Okay, what do you want me to do about it?” and then offered for me to come back and pick up another bagel. The tone of the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Between the interaction in the store and the response on the phone, the entire experience felt rude and unpleasant. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this is not the level of service I would expect.

this einsteins sucks!!!!! The employees are so unfriendly and they make the food terribly. My bagel came untoasted w enough cream cheese to feed a family of 5. This is the last time I come here. The overall environment is terrible

Really bad service I am beyond disappointed there was six people here working and no customers at all and it took 45 minutes for two bagels and each person was talking about their weekend instead of assisting me while I’m standing at the counter. While I’m standing there waiting for my order it’s ready and it’s sitting on the counter and nobody called me. Nobody calls out the orders. They just leave it there and it’s filthy and disgusting and dirty. You guys need to be shut down the manager does not care at all. This is beyond horrible. I cannot believe the service I just thought.

The coffee from Einstein's is burnt and just in general awful. Ordered a bagel as well for mobile pickup and I guess bagels don't get cream cheese when you order them toasted. Just stick to the breakfast sandwiches at Einstein.

I went in, and a worker named Eric was super awesome in taking my order, asked me how I was doing, had a pleasant conversation with me, and then proceeded to make an absolutely amazing bagel with just the right amount of cream cheese.Eric knows his cream cheese servings.

For the first time I came in and the cashier Ariel was the sweetest girl. She was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable. I had never been in and she was winning to answer any and every question I had. She’s a great worker and I’d recommend her anywhere!
