Breakfast was ordered via the Uber eats app. Requested 4 bagels toasted. Bagels were not toasted and instead chewy bagels were delivered. Orange juice was extremely watered down. Horrible attention to detail. The only part of this experience that was positive was the delivery.

You can't go wrong with Einstein bagel's they are always good make sure you get them toasted or toast them at home! Don't forget to slap as much strawberry cream cheese as you can fit on that sucker!Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian I am sorry! Why would you do this to yourself? I just couldn't imagine eating like a rabbit my entire life... I mean you could never eat in and out burger.... You would never have had an amazing rack of ribs strait out of the smoker as it's falling apart and you save that amazingly smoked tenderness from falling and hitting the ground as you shove that smokey meat into your mouth! It just explodes flavor into your mouth hole!!!! How just how???Parking: Well you can't just drive into the establishment they would not be happy! So please park your vehicle before entering the store!Kid-friendliness: They will take your kids money and they will enjoy spending it here until they wish they had a toy!Wheelchair accessibility: You have to have it these days or you will get in trouble! Also it's not like they can just park the wheelchair outside and walk in.... So if you see someone in a wheelchair ask if they need help! Or maybe just help them and just be a good person!

A literal joke. I ordered ahead and someone supposedly stole my order and they gave me no refund. Said I need to contact customer support and acted like I was so out of touch for asking for a refund. If I could give them 0 stars I 10000% would!

Not impressed; I knew I shouldn't have gone to a bagel shop run by college students. Nothing is stocked, and ran out of everything....waste of my time. I'll go to the location on McClintock and Guadalupe where they know how to run a store properly.

I am so absolutely disappointed in my order right now. I went it and ordered a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. Turns out I actually got a bacon, egg and cheese bagel which is not what I asked for. On top of that the whole bagel was cold, gooey and everything was just falling out if it was not done properly. Even the employees didn't seem like they wanted to be there which put me off a bit. I even tried to call them to let them know not wanting anything in return but it said it was busy but I was in 5 minutes before. Just very disappointed.
Early morning Risers, this is the place. Arrived at 07:15am half the bagels were gone. Freshly baked blueberry bagels were being pulled from the oven. Is there anything better than the smells of baked goods. Added strawberry cream cheese spread. Oh, sorry, I forgot absolutely great coffee.

Went to get some early morning bagels. Sooo many options to choose from! The brisket bagel is my go to when I have no idea what to get. Grab a sandwich and sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. I will say the tables are a bit small but other than that it’s pretty great!

My favorite iced caramel macchiato! Extra caramel of course. I don't know why but whatever brand they use here is waaaay better tasting than starbucks The manager is super nice too!

Ordered thru DoorDash today and extremely disappointed. This is my first time trying this place and got my order all wrong. Only correct thing was the sandwich. I was given cheaper substitutions that I didn’t want. Just refund the order if you can’t get it right… sad
