This review for Cortez is long overdue. To add the very short of it at the start, if you live in Arizona and drink freshly roasted coffee daily and you are not buying from Cortez, you need to at least try a bag. My first order was because it was cheaper than other local specificity roasters. Bought their Mr. White, thinking it was a white roast coffee. It’s not, and there’s not even much of a flavor profile to it. Just “generic light roast.” $20 lesson to not buy again.
Amazing coffee selections. I’ve tried a lot of specialty coffee brands before finally finding my favorites with Cortez.
