What an absolute crap show. DO NOT come here for food when the bell is just down the street. My wife and I cam for dinner and man what a mistake. my fries were cold as ice and not completely cooked, and I ordered the epic failure burrito meal. my burrito was a mess, the beans were runny almost as runny as the beef slurry they think is meat. they tossed it into a giant microwaved shell that was the consistency of tire rubber and half wrapped it in foil and tossed it in a bag. it was no joke like trying to eat a water balloon. the staff is short with you and come across as rushed and rude. if I spend this kind of stupid money for a meal I expect to be able to eat it. my dinner was completely inedible and I had to stop by the Taco Truck (which should have been my first choice, they were awesome) to get dinner. I feel ripped off.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce and spicy chicken burrito. Got a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce and a burrito with literally nothing but beans. Worst part? It took 26 minutes from the time I ordered (not pulled into thr drive thru) to the time I got my food with only three cars ahead of me. I'd rather wait for a del taco in california to eat than order food here again
Sadly it was terrible. It wasn’t even comparable to Taco Bell and that’s sad…. We tried almost everything on the menu and threw away almost everything with maybe a bite or two out of each. Will never go back. Don’t understand the hype at all.

The food is never at the right temperature. What I mean by that is that it is definitely sitting in the danger zone. I've been there three times and each time The beans are hardly. that's scary to eat!!!! Turn up the temp!!!!

Went for some late night dinner for me and my partner. Waited over 25 mins for poor quality food. Upon addressing the weight time with drive through staff I was simply told "have a good night". Sad service and sad employees I won't be coming back to this location I've went to for years.

Went to get food cause i get off work late pulled in the drive thru the guy ask if im picking a order up i said no he then proceeds to tell me there system was down i asked if could place it online he said there system is down that it wouldnt allow me to place it , how? U sound dumb asking me if im picking a order up then telling me your not taking order im never coming here again

i ordered 3 regular tacos and 3 beer battered fish taco. the fish tacos were small. The order came to $18 and some change. I can't believe how much you guys charge now to or a few tacos I can make at home for $10 and have left overs for the next day. Dell Taco prices suck.

This place is bullshit. I was just in the store at 8:25am and the person running the cash register obviously thinks whatever is on her cell phone is way more important than serving an actual customer. All cell phones should be banned in the work place, people do not have any self control when it comes to that device. Whoever owns this franchise needs to clean house again and hire all new people because this is the 4th time this has happened to me in the mornings and I am a regular. Customer service at his place sucks, their cell phone is more important than you.

Updating my review from 2 stars to 1 star. This is by far the worst location. Sometimes you just want a good snack taco I've always enjoyed from Del Taco. This location will make you never wanna go through any drive thru again. I live close and every time I go it's worse. Always such a headache for a taco 🌮 😩
