A nice restaurant. I can't tell you how the food was because the service was so slow, I walked out. They service everyone in the drive through before taking or making walk in orders. So unless you are driving, do not even bother.

The food was okay but a couple of concerns: I ordered the fish taco combo, and they gave me the grilled chicken tacos instead. Decent food but wrong order but the biggest concern was that this Del Taco steals from you. I was wondering why I received the extra-large drink and fries, thinking that it was for free or something, but after looking at my receipt, they automatically charged me $1.80 and upsized my meal on purpose, as I never asked for this. Make sure they don't do this to you. Won't be returning to this Del Taco, as theft is occurring with their customers.

Their food quality has gone down.Wheelchair accessibility: No disabled parking. Both parking spaces were occupied by employee vehicles. Also the employees were visiting, including the supervisor.
Tell your drive thru that 3 packets of salsa for 4 tacos isn’t enough ???Update: the response to this is bogus, because they’re still doing it and refuse to give out more than just one packet per item.Del Taco must make their employees pay for the condiment packets, the way they’re so tight with them

Can only rate service. Never got food. Went to one at 1331 Scottsdale Rd in Scottsdale. At 10:30 am. Open 24 hrs it say? Hmmm. Two cars in parking. Tried drive thru. Sat there for a minute, no one acknowledged my presence. So, parked and went inside. Door was open. There was at least one worker there. Saw her go into back. Not one single customer in the store. Once again, no acknowledgement of my presence. Apparently they don’t want any business. Horrible.

The worst experience I have ever had at fast food. I ordered threw drive. We ordered two separate orders me and my friend through the drive-thru got up to the window they accidentally made it one order whatever that's fine they fixed it we paid for both orders they give me about a quarter of my food and then they come to my friend and then they say that they cannot make her strawberry shake you don't have strawberries after they took our payment and handed new food had time to check not that big of a deal accidents happen... however they give us quote and quote the rest of our food I ask are you sure she says yes so I drive and I'm looking at the bags and I'm like no way that's all of it so I go to go pull in the front and the manager is halfway sticking out of the window telling me to come back through the drive-thru they forgot my tacos and my soft tacos but I didn't realize the soft taco was at the time so I come back through they give me my tacos I go halfway to the freeway take a bite of a taco they didn't make them Supreme tacos like I asked for it wouldn't usually be a big deal but I ordered 12 tacos for my kids I come in and I'm telling them that they messed up and I'm also telling them that I don't have my soft tacos they admit immediately that they have my soft tacos and then the lady that took my order is looking at me and she's like what's wrong with your tacos and I tell her that they're not Supreme's and she's like well what's wrong lettuce tomato and I go yeah it's supposed to have sour cream on it too it didn't even have tomatoes on it I don't know what she's talking about. The manager then once again gets involved and asked if I would like sour cream on the side I have little kids and that's who the tacos are for so no I had them remake the tacos like she offered and then the lady that took my order in the Drive-Thru very rudely didn't really say anything just kind of like plop tacos down and so I look in the bags there's still no soft tacos so I stay out loud what about the soft tacos one of the prep line Cooks looks at me and goes oh my gosh I totally forgot I'm so sorry let me make those right now the lady that took my order then proceeds to get in my face after a minute on the counter as much as she can anyway over the counter get in my face she got in my face to not say anything I had to ask her what and then she very rudely is like what are you still doing here like I didn't just out loud ask for my soft tacos and someone just said that they're going to make them and then she literally checks me like she's going to fight me and walks away. All over a mistake that she made and I was extremely rude until she got in my face and asked me what and then I literally was like my effing tacos and she literally didn't say anything she just walked away and then the line cook after about 30 seconds gave me my tacos and I stormed the hell out of there
