I went through the drive thru to grab some breakfast. I ordered and then proceeded to sit at the window for 5-10 minutes. Not one time did anyone come to take my payment or even take time to acknowledge I was just sitting there waiting. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time. I ended up just driving away. We come here often but the service has become subpar.
Food is always great, no complaints. I’ve had a variety of items from their smoothies to their sandwiches to their soups. One recommendation I would make is PLEASE fix your strobing lights over the front counter. I’ve been coming in on and off for over a year and the same light has been flashing and I’m concerned as it could be a trigger for those with photophobia or epilepsy. The other concern being that if something as blatantly obvious as a light strobing over the register...
California Club is a 1million star review! I order this every time I am required to be in office and wish there was a D’Lite close to my home. No picture to show as it was scarfed down immediately.
