I've been coming to this chain in the morning for a few months now and I enjoy reading my news while enjoying their readily made fresh bagels and coffee before work. The staff are friendly enough but the manager is so charismatic. Always happy to ask about my day, I don't know if it's because I am a frequent customer but I enjoy his friendliness! Place is clean and tidy, no complaints. Keep up the good work!

Haven't been to an Einstein bros in a while. Like the place. Seems there might be a staffing issue as they are usually behind on orders or always rushing. Still they do well for being next to a school.
