I work for the WKS Restaurant group in Tucson, Az and while on vacation visited this location on 06/16/2021. i went in to order food and use my WKS Family and Friends 50% off discount but was embarrassed when i was denied by Jaylin the manager on duty. Although, i was familiar with the discount none of 3 managers were aware, neither Jaylin, Claudia or Ana.
