A very heavily fusion spot. I felt like the flavors were a bit off balanced, but definitely on its way to being memorable. The milk bread had a great consistency, but the butter was lackluster (presentation was very cute though!). Dumplings were delicious, though pricey for just a 4ct. Pork chops were unfortunately stinky, but the cook was well on them. And mashed potatoes were under salted but easily remedied.
Such an amazing dinner experience at Filthy Animal! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and outstanding service. Manager Devan personally escorted us to our table upon arrival. He was attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the evening. He checked on our table at just the right times, making us feel genuinely valued without being intrusive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed this place! Remi was a friendly and fantastic bartender and the food was delicious. The whole staff was the perfect amount of attentive. Several people politely checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything came out to our liking. Highly recommend!
