“We are in town from Washington and have nothing but great things to say about Thirsty Lion. We went in for happy hour and bought 5 appetizers ( fried spicy cauliflower was our fav) . Multiple drinks. The waitress Karlie was a huge highlight of our visit, very friendly and knowledgeable. Never an empty drink or dirty plate on the table. You could tell she enjoys her job. We will be back whenever we are in town.“

“Everything was great from the food to the drinks! We even spent a little time at the holiday speak easy after dinner. The only drawback was our servers weren't entirely attentive. I had no water and empty beer bottle for far too long, however that didn't take too much away from our dinner. The speak easy was nice, with the initial impression of the servers being very helpful and nice. Once we ordered our drinks, however, she was non existent. A quick 20-30 minute nightcap turned into an even longer stay. We would have ordered more drinks if we didn't have to wait so long for our waitress. Overall, everything else was great and we left full and happy.“

“I was very impressed with the unique offerings at this quaint, out of the way eatery; the menu appears to have something for just about everyone. We stopped by for lunch this week which was the first visit for both of us. I ordered one of the Vegan options and my lunch companion ordered the new French Dip, both dishes were exceptional and the service could not have been better. Of all the new restaurant finds I have come across over the past few years, this place tops my list. Looking forward to my next visit, there are so many unique menu options I am eager to try!“

“We had a great experience! We lucked out and beat the Mother's Day rush, so we were sat immediately. Our server Levi was funny and was very attentive, despite the restaurant filling up minutes after we ordered our first drink. The hangover burger was delicious. You have to try the Malört if you never have.“

“We visited Dust Cutter numerous times during our stay. On the first day we split a bunch of appetizers, they were all very good. The bartenders are all very friendly and attentive. The bar got pretty busy at night when we were there, is had a really fun atmosphere.“

“The chopped salad was not traditional, but tasted amazing! My husband had the Guajillo chicken an also really enjoyed his meal. Staff were pleasant from the minute we walked into the bar, waited at the bar (we were early for our reservation which I recommend), to the wait staff.“
