The wife and I decided to come here yesterday and I was amazed at the service, Conner was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us suggestions on what kind of meat to order. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back.
Went to Gen's at Tempe Market Place in Tempe tonight for my son's 18th bday because this is his favorite restaurant... WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! We get seated and server Alex didn't show up until almost 10 minutes after we were seated. She took our drink orders and food orders and food came in timely manner but had to wait for tongs and scissors to cook our food and after 5 mins of waiting I had to go up to the hostess to ask for cooking utensils.... cooking utensils...

K-Gochujiang beef belly - best
Spicy chicken - second
Sweet garlic beef belly- medium, don't like it that much.
Premium Chadol, Woo Beasal - Worst(because bland)
For appetizer, we ordered Hotteok, rice sticks - taste medium
Overall, it was a great experience.
