Very nice employees but prices are 3 dollars more than Hawaii

The staf said they close at this time at 7:35 pm, we just want buy 2 Sundaes but the staf dont want to make it, but here I see you close at 9pm

I stopped by this location while visiting Arizona Mills Mall. Stopped by Häagen-Dazs ordered two small coffee ice creams cone. The flavor was excellent — rich, creamy, and very tasty.

The only downside was the service. The staff at the counter didn’t seem very welcoming and didn’t offer any samples or suggestions. Also, the total came out to almost $20 with tax for two small cones which is a bit pricey.

Girls started laughing when I asked for sample. They definitely lack professionalism.

If i could I would give it no stars. Terrible service the young girl that works there always had the worst attitude. Doesnt have any customer service at all. It's quite frustrating having to deal with her since it apears as she is always there and no one else works there. Can someone fire her and hire someone with more carisma or more professional.

Horrible service. Didn't have milk for milkshakes. Gave me a banana split with no banana, nuts, chocolate or cherry.

I have gone 3 times for a banana split and there is never any banana or whipped cream

Called for help. No answer. Waited like 5 to 8 minutes before we just decided to walk away. Apparently nobody works here. This was at 4:53 p.m. on Monday, July 1st.

40 mins before they closed they refused to serve anything besides a cup or cone , since they cleaned the milkshake machine and didn’t want to reclean it

I dont understand how management can hire & allow rude employees. I was trying to order & told me No you can wait so I waited why cause I love the place. I was nexted but was ignored not sure why so she came to me rolled her eyes saying what can I get you so I started off with mocha coffee milkshake with whipped cream & chocolate drizzle on top. Then she said well we don't have mocha I said but you do right here then she said well if your trying to get a Frappe we don't have that here. I said okay I understand that I want a milkshake then she said I said we don't have Frappe here. Well I said I want a milkshake with those 2 flavors. Then she rolled her eyes tilt her head.I can not believe the service i received & I really don't say this but I hope she gets put on probation or loose her job. Not the customer service I wanted to receive especially around the holidays.I had no choice but to put a star you definitely don't deserve any stars.
