This review is for the Westheimer location in Houston. Love the food (Laau Pig is my love forever). Other dishes are super great as well. Love the staff. Michelle the manager is the best of the best! First, the food is very good. You use a touch screen to order, then proceed to another room. About five minutes later you have your order. Now, this is no normal restaurant and honestly, I'm not sure what it was. Outside there is no sign, at least I didn't see one to let me know if I was at the correct location. Delicious! Although it seemed expensive at first, I got twice as much chicken than expected. I had a traditional Hawaiian plate with rice, creamy macaroni salad (a true highlight in my opinion) and succulent Hawaiian BBQ chicken over veggies (cabbage and broccoli mostly). I'm really looking forward to trying the chicken katsu and some of the plate options. Be advised they are closed on Mondays.
