The food is usually very good, however recently the broth they make has gone completely down hill. It taste terrible now :( the young lady who used to work the register also kept giving herself tips without permission, when I asked her about it she stopped doing it.

First experience was awful (nobody was there and the online system accepted my order. No matter how many times they tried to say it didn’t, it did, and it took my money).Finally got the opportunity to try it… and it gave me food poisoning. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION.I had my boyfriend physically go there to order for me, his experience was so uncomfortable he will never go there again. Which, I don’t mind, they gave me food poisoning and I didn’t eat all of the food because it tasted weird. I should’ve just not eaten any of it after he told me his experience. Lesson learned; I should not haven given this establishment a second chance.

Ordered from uber eats, thinking some pho would help me a little bit since I ran out of soup and didn't want something as heavy as ramen. (I'm sick)At first it was okay, i got the grilled chiken pho. The broth is good and the toppings decent but then I found myself unable to finish the rest as it started to upset my stomach. I've had pho before but this time around it wasn't hitting right. I don't think I'd try this place again. Tread carefully

This shouldnt even be legal its so good!! I have had several Pho places and this is on another level!! The beef they include is basically like prime rib it feels like it is unreal good!!

1st time here and I loved this location. Tom was very friendly, my pho was extremely good. If you love pho as much as I do I highly recommend you visit this place, I can’t wait to come back.

UPDATE:10/30: Food & service was good. The caramelized pork fresh rolls were delicious. Pho portion was hefty. Prices were reasonable, lower than other places in the area. Cute atmosphere. We will definitely be back. This restaurant actually may become our "go-to" ?11/06: Went back and took a pal. Food wise - My pho & spring rolls were good like they were the first time there. My pal got a Bahn Mi. He said that the bread was as hard as a rock and had to dip it into soup broth that I shared. He also stated that he would never come back. Employee wise - horrible. The person that took our order, he didn't even say one word to us. Even though there is no table service, I still felt nice & tipped $5.00 at the counter and he didn't even say 'thank you' or bothered to check on us once. The employee from 10/30 rocked it & was super friendly. The one from 11/06 should not be working with people.I MAY go back alone .. ...
