“Can we just talk about how amazing Chicago Hamburger Co is? Good because they really are! Even if I wasn't from Chicago (which I am) I would still love this place. Everything is delicious, their burgers massive and taste stupid good, their fries are cooked just right, cut thick, but my heart belongs to their Chicago dog. Tasty classic. Whenever I can, I try to make time to pop in. It's so worth it not to mention easy on the wallet. Hands down a top favorite for when I'm craving something filling and delicious.“

“This place is great! A friend who lives over there told me about it years ago. Whenever I'm heading that way, I make it a point to swing through the drive-thru. It's all about the pastor for me but the ceviche is great too. And some people I know swear by the stuffed papa. Go. Do it.“

“Came in for Chicago dogs . The place was clean and the staff was nice and courteous. They have a very simple menu. Offering Chicago dogs chili dogs Italian beef sandwiches fries. I got two Chicago dogs which came with fries. Honestly I was expecting a bigger hot dog with a snappier dog. That was not the case as for the fries. They were good crispy on the outside and soft inside however they were too salty. I will be coming back though to try the Italian beef sandwiches.“

“I went there for lunch 3 weeks ago for the first time and felt at home. Your worker Q has been so great she has made me fall in love with this place. “I like to pop in and get a cheeseburger whenever I can. The owners are always working hard and very polite. The cheeseburgers are awesome and I usually get it to go. But the I have eaten inside on occasions and it's very comfortable and always busy.“

“The mochi donuts were okay, the chew could have been a bit better and the glazes were pretty artificial tasting. But their boba drink was wonderful and the Korean corn dogs is where it’s at! Loved the hot Cheeto mozzarella corn dog! Conveniently in 99 ranch market.“

“!! Here is another wonderful place to eat. Don't let the location or outside fool you. Food was delicious. Restaurant was clean and offered plenty of seating. Service was excellent too. Very friendly! They also have thrifty ice cream here for $3. I had a fish taco the cup of corn and the mango drink. Ooh La la.. I loved every bite. The spices were so flavorful. My mouth was watering looking at all the pictures trying to decide what to order.. You can find the menu on IG. Below are some pics and I wrote the name of each dish. I might be back every week !!“

You did a great job, especially with the packaging, the drinks were sealed securely in a plastic bag, and the donut box was properly sealed as well. This shows great care to ensure the delivery person doesn’t touch the items directly. Keep up the good work!
Also, hands down to Mochinut’s customer service! I left them a review last week, and they responded immediately and fixed the issue right away. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled it. Great job, Mochinut team!

I really hope Mochinut can improve their packaging and hygiene. When I received my order, especially the drinks, they were not properly sealed or wrapped in any protective plastic. It’s very important for food and beverages to be securely packed and sealed, especially when delivered, because we don’t know who might touch the items along the way.
For example, the donuts were placed in a big plastic bag, which is good, but it would be much better if each item was individually wrapped or sealed to ensure cleanliness. Adding a hygiene seal or safety pack would really help protect the food and show care for customers’ health.
Maintaining good hygiene is not only about presentation but also about customer safety. Proper packaging helps prevent contamination and builds trust, plus it protects the company from possible complaints or issues if someone gets sick.
I love Mochinut’s products, but please take extra care with the hygiene and packaging for future orders.“
