Visited the shop in the Mesa Gateway airport on 5/1 bright and early. My tea was FANTASTIC. The girl working was miserable. No smile. No good morning. No thank you. I get it girlfriend. It was 430 am. I didn’t want to be there either. I didn’t want to be leaving sunny Arizona to go back to gloomy Nebraska but I made it a point to greet you with a smile and a good morning and end my visit with a thank you. Will I be back next time I am in the airport? Sure. The tea was great. Do I hope that the girl that was working gets a shift in the afternoon rather than bright and early? Absolutely.

This is a go-to place for coffee. The flavor is unique and interesting. The barista is a super kind person who really cares about his customers. He welcomed me into the shop and held the doo open for me as I walked in. The place is cozy, and the outside is peaceful. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves coffee.

The first coffee shop I got great espresso at, and I was able to get the beans they used too! Pretty great food too, I'm a big fan of the Javelina croissant sandwich. Wonderful atmosphere, it's really fun to watch them roast beans occasionally and all the coffee related decor is a lot of fun

Try the Spro'j. I was skeptical, but the combination of orange juice and espresso works! The interior decor is a coffee addicts dream. Coffee cups decorate one wall and espresso machine parts another. They are interspersed with art from coffee producing region and educational displays about aroma and taste. There are barista training rooms and comfortable seating. The barista on duty was friendly and efficient.

The place was busy on a Saturday morning, but the staff was so friendly and quick to make our drinks. Coffee and matcha were delicious! Will definitely be going back!

Love this place and have been coming here for many years. My only feedback would be if they could stay open later like they used to pre-Covid (if I recall, it was till 7 or 8?) but it’s tough in this inflationary economy. Nonetheless I love this place and glad it exists
