The customer service is really good, and the staff is always friendly. However, this time I only ordered the onion rings, and they were very disappointing. They were dry, lacked flavor, and had a very strong chemical taste.
I've ordered them here before and they were much better, so this was surprising. Without any exaggeration, these are not the onion rings I used to enjoy. I'm not sure if I was the only one who noticed...

The lobby is closed every time & there's never anyone at the walk up window, probably ok as drive-thru
EDIT: The staffing issue has been resolved since my original review,. Current staff (summer 2026) is friendly & helpful, specifically the manager.
