I came in here a few months back and noticed a couple of the employees using their phones without changing gloves. I tried to just suck it up and not worry about it, and went back to my place and ate my cheesesteak. I got sick within about 4 hours—and developed a terrible fever and was sick for the next 4 days. Reason I’m posting this now is because I still remember it and I get pissed off everytime I drive past this place now cuz you all hire a bunch of teenagers and chicks who don’t care about basic hygiene measures and feel compelled to just NEVER change their gloves while touching everything from their dirty cellphones to God knows what else.

Never going here again. I still feel queasy just thinking about the experience. This is just a warning to anyone thinking of patronizing this establishment, do NOT. They clearly don’t care about your health, so don’t give them your money!

It’s a great place to eat and the sandwiches are fire. But please prioritize online orders I only had 30 minutes for lunch and when the time came to pick up my order it was not ready. I ordered ahead of time too. (Edit) 1 star now you all forgot my banana peppers common :( now i am sad

Two stars all the way around. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged once. As soon as I walked in, not one table was orderly. Crumbs were all over the tables and floor and chairs were scattered all over the place in the dining area. I walked up to pickup my order and stood there nearly five minutes while the staff talked amongst themselves about their classes and their plans for summer break. I finally got my sandwich and sat down to eat, come to find out my sandwich was made completely wrong. I went back to the counter to let them know and the gentleman that helped me offered a remake. I have yet to get it back but I hope it’s what I ordered. I won’t be back to this location.

I personally love jersey mikes but I will NOT be coming back to this location. The people were kind. Seemed as if they were newbies and as fun as it is to spend money at a location that happens to have numerous locations like it. So you know they have a set recipe for everything. The person behind the counter definitely had no clue what they were doing. Definitely needed more training. I said for the club sub made mikes way. He had NO IDEA what mikes way was and kept asking me if there was anything else I wanted on my sub. He also almost forgot the bacon. Maybe I made him nervous. Idk. I wasn’t rude. I didn’t yell. I’m just confused as to why when I go to any other location of Jersey mikes I say mikes way and I get it that way. No one ever asks what else I would like on my sub. He also wasn’t talking loud enough. I could barely hear him over the music that wasn’t even loud. So it was just a frustrating situation. On top of all that I’m pregnant and it was my one cold cut sandwich for the month that I can eat. Definitely NOT going back to this location.

I always get Jersey Mike's when I'm in the valley. Best subs around. I get the biggest one and put the leftovers in a cooler to take home, I love Jersey Mikes.

32 percent markup on Uber eats orders is an insane thing to do considering how often they forget items. $10.95 sub is $14.45 on Uber eats.

Ordered online and arrived 3 minutes before the order was scheduled to be done. When I asked for my order, the person behind the counter went to the ticket printer, sorted through numerous order slips to find mine and put it up next in line to be made. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was an absolute mess. Paper tucked into the middle of my sandwich, tuna all over the paper, obviously. I get Jersey Mike's often enough to know what to expect and unfortunately this shop missed the mark this time. Not enough to prevent me from going back, but a second less than stellar experience would prompt me to find another business (or maybe a different location) to fulfill my sandwich needs.

Rude staff, incorrect order. Made me wait 20 minutes for an online order that was ready and just sitting behind the counter. Staff was aware I was there waiting, confirmed the name on the order and then made 8 sandwiches before I had to ask AGAIN for my order. They then acted like I was in the wrong for asking for my order after waiting 20 minutes in front of them while they helped numerous other people.
Rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate. Wasted my lunch break. Never returning to this location

No restroom in a restaurant for paying customers is unacceptable. The second (and only working) bathroom is blocked for staff only.
