Glad I got to try this place! I was at a concert in the neighborhood and Vietnamese cravings came over me. This was just around the corner. I got the Dac Biet broken rice combo plate. It was amazing! The owners were super friendly and one even came and sat at my table with me and shared some pictures from a Germany trip. Cam on!!!
Food is fresh, but lacks some flavor in its broth. Service was okay, small restaurant and constantly packed. A small restroom in the back by kitchen. If small, family owned restaurants are your thing, then this place for you. I probably won't be coming back. Just too crowded for me. Also, they need new sturdy tables if they're serving hot soups. Just saying.
This was my second time coming here. The pho is some of the best I’ve ever tried, and is a good portion. The spring rolls were also really good. I plan on coming here every time I am in the Phoenix area.
