Close to many stadiums. Finally after so many years, it's closed for remodeling. Spaces were small, but the people living there were very friendly and the tree outside is a common place to hang out

Manzanita Hall was built in 1967. It's 15 floors house freshmen co-ed living with a dining hall, computer lab, tutoring center and more.

Manzanita is close to many athletic facilities on campus, including Sun Devil Stadium, Wells Fargo Arena, Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium and Packard Baseball Stadium.
