Over Easy is a great place to grab breakfast and have mimosas. The food was decent enough and great as always. The breakfast burrito was ok, but the banana nut French toast was delicious. The chicken fried steak with eggs, potatoes and gravy was on point. The cinimon roll french toast and cajun hash were really well done. Beignets were fresh hot and perfect. The Brunch punch and mango mimosa were delicious, and the mimosa flight was nothing to sneeze at. Service was outstanding and a well oiled machine. The staff was attentive and timely. Parking can look overwhelming, but Over Easy makes it easy. Give the service staff your plate number and they add you to their system to validate. Prices are wonderful.
