They couldn't get one custom sandwich correct. Plus the Italian was just soaked in dressing when I asked for no dressing. They price we paid for food, avoid this place. Never going back.

Nice looking place. The real weakness is that the average cost per person is about $18 for a sandwich and drink. At that price point there are so many better options. Shop around a bit and you will find more appealing choices. Pass on this place.

Place looked clean and the food tasted great. I got the chicken salad sandwich and pecan berry salad. It was my first time, the server let me take my time choosing and even offered some recommendations when I asked.

Horrible customer service. Mediocre food. Ordered thru GrubHub (more poor customer service) but only half the order arrived. I called the restaurant as instructed and was told I needed to go pick up the rest myself. I’m 75 years old and it’s 116 degrees. I said I couldn’t do that for health reasons and the manager’s response was they’d just add items the next time I order. Nope, nope, nope. I wouldn’t order again from this crappy deli if they offered it free. I wanted a full refund and GrubHub said they could only refund what wasn’t delivered. GrubHub’s “guarantee “ is BS.

Stopped in McAlister’s today to try something new. I’ve had and enjoyed their sandwiches in the past, but this time around I decided to go with something different. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with extra chicken and it was one of the worst salads I’ve ever had; from the quality of chicken to the ranch dressing, and the wilted lettuce. I will not be returning for a salad, that’s for sure! Womp womp….

Jena is the nicest lady I have ever had serve food at a restaurant. She is the kindest soul and makes accommodations for dietary restrictions. Definitely come here if you are in the area!
