Showed up an hour before close and walked up eagerly just to have a delicious spud. Then the cashier hits me with a “sorry, we are out of spuds ” what kind of operation is this! That is the one thing my family came here for. This is unacceptable every customer should have access to the menu items regardless of time. I would understand if it was 10 minutes before close but an hour before closing.

This particular visit was probably the best out of both restaurants that are left in the Phoenix area. The sandwich was actually made as it is advertised and the broccoli cheddar soup was perfect.

Sandwiches are decent but their DoorDash ordering is weird. Cant add certain things to sandwiches, like avocado. You can add it in store but not online. Doesn’t make sense

Nice looking place. The real weakness is that the average cost per person is about $18 for a sandwich and drink. At that price point there are so many better options. Shop around a bit and you will find more appealing choices. Pass on this place.
