Had a fantastic experience at Menchie’s on Baseline! Giuliana and Briana were working the counter and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great flavor suggestions and went out of their way to help my friend find dairy-free options—which they had plenty of. Their positive attitude and gracious customer service really stood out. 5 Stars for Giuliana and Briana - only because we can't give 10 - really helpful, courteous, and kept the place clean.

Kalani was the best!! She was personable, professional, and super fun to chat with. Customer service skills were out of this world, incredibly AMAZING!! Give her a raise! The German chocolate sugar-free ice cream is the best!

A HUGE shoutout to Kelani who served us during our visit. She was exceptionally kind and helpful and went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed. The frozen yogurt was awesome, the topping selections were endless and VERY CLEAN, as a matter of fact, the entire restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be back, Kelani!
