I wasn’t hold for over 10 minutes, and I drive to the store in Tempe and I told the guy I was on hold for 10 minutes, and he say, “Yeah, how can I help you with attitude? I don’t know how they put a customer service in the front and with beg attitude. I didn’t like it. Maybe I like the food, but I didn’t like how they treat their customer.
Isaiah was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. As someone with food allergies, having him walk me through Naz’s halal menu took the stress out of ordering and made the meal actually enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back. It’s a better value than a standard Chipotle stop, and the food tastes noticeably better. Not to mention they have virtually everything here!
