The staff were not very friendly and the menu was definitely not as full as we are used to. Like, no black tea? And then the popping boba was very wilted. They did not in fact pop.

Store is fine. Worker was polite, but if you are looking for authentic vietnamese iced coffee-this ain't it. Got a cup full of foam topped with salt. Drink was light khaki color lol. I'll stick with the asian market.

Great boba, very kind server, but being out of tapioca boba at a boba place is wild. Other than that, the blueberry pearl things were a nice substitute for that. It’s also very busy with limited staff which makes it difficult to get boba. Again, the milk tea is pretty good - I apologize for saying boba because that’s the just name. But boba should be at a boba place… just my thought.

Beautiful boba shop. The decor inside is magical and makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale. I love the mirrors, lighting, and other accessories. The boba itself is also really good- not overly sweet and I love how creamy it is. Accessible entrance and right by the light rail (no off-street parking that I could see, though they did have a few parallel parking spots).
