Overall, pleased with our experience. Food was good. Particularly enjoyed the carnitas tacos and the guacamole. Service was decent. Busy night and there seemed to only be one server and an expo. We weren't in a rush and decided didn't mind the extra time. We will return.
This is an amazing restaurant. It's an upscale Mexican restaurant but not at all pretentious. The elote was off-the-chain, good. We had tacos de ribeye and guacamole with house salsa mix. Just a delightful surprise for us. I HIGHLY recommend.
Loved our first visit to Cocina Chiwas and can’t wait to return! The ceviche was flavorful, the cocktails were on point, and the birra was excellent. We interacted with multiple servers and each person was very attentive and helpful— Maria was the best!
