All amazing restaurants begin with management and staff. This place had one of the best atmospheres even before business hours. The manager on duty on 12-19-25 was friendly, cordial and helpful. I got a very positive vibe from kitchen staff. No complaining, everybody communicating well. The restroom was clean and stocked. Every restaurant serves good food. The cream of the crop restaurants serves comfort and joy! I recommend this restaurant above all other high end restaurants in the area. Great experience!

We enjoyed a nice dinner on the patio, the food and beverages were excellent! We had the grilled bread olive oil starter the gem Caesar salad the Sunday night lasagna and the cacio e Pepe pizza everything was absolutely delicious!

one server covering way too many tables (shoutout to paris though she did a good job), worst music selection of all time, 50/50 chance you’ll hate your cocktail choice. worst bolo ever- pasta is rubbery, sauce is watery, seasoning is MIA, and i am disappointed. would sam fox approve of this? no way. truffle bread was also lousy. pretty fire brussel sprouts and lumache. not worth it at all :)

Always excellent food at North Italia. Everything we order is always top quality. We Are The Roasted salmon that was excellent. And the meatballs with polenta that was great. Also the pizzas are great as well

Very good food, but coming from an Italian family it's hard to give 5 stats to any Italian restaurant.
First time for lunch. Had a party of 8. Worst waitress with an attitude Anabel the name. At least that is what she told us. Needs to learn how to take orders as we had to shout our orders across the table. I guess training is not a prerequisite to get hire here. Restaurant with 15 customers. Appetizers took 30 minutes to get out. food you can imagine.
