Food was great all times I've visited. Unfortunately, the service experience and wait times left much to be desired. With no people ahead of me, I ordered 2 steak tacos on on a touchscreen terminal, and took roughly 20 minutes to be fulfilled on 2 separate occasions. Granted, the tacos did taste great, but at the high price of $8 for a street taco I would have expected faster and better service. I wanted to at least try this place out and glad I did - the wait staff were quite nice and carne asada burrito has been advertised as a specialty so wanted to give it a shot - I used the online ordering system (two big screens, easy to use and means you don't have to wait for someone to take an order, nice).

No (regular or vegan) carne asada on the new menu. So instead ordered a grilled skirt steak burrito ($16) with rice, beans and a sauce reminiscent of Taco Bell.
The steak pieces are so large (2-3 bites each) and chewy that I had to pull each piece out of the burrito, add salt to season it and cut the steak into bite sized pieces. Tortillas are out of the package, wrapped loosely and not cooktop grilled. Four chips were included on the side and a scoop of lettuce and tomatoes....read full review
