Talented pianists and great listening, but one of the pianist was rude and would only play your requested song if you tipped over $20 then shamed people for requesting a song with a tip they thought was too low.

Went here on New Years when it was crazy busy and still had a great time! The Photo Booth is nice to have and the music is great. What's even better--the staff is very friendly and helpful, I left my phone New years Eve and it was turned in and still there when I came back for it three days later. That was a Wednesday night. We stayed for a drink and both enjoyed our fishbowl drinks! And the music was truly awesome that night too! Definitely recommend for a great time with friends!

If I could give 0 I would. The security guards are overly aggressive. The manager is no help, everyone in this place are just dumb kids that don't know their ass from their elbow. It's dead by 10:30 and good luck getting them to play your song, let alone know the song you want. Shitty bar, dumb kids, over all wouldn't recommend.

First time here! Several seating options big and small so you can sit with a group. Awesome piano playing. Service was great we never had to wait to order drinks

No guarantees they will play the song you tip for. Waste of $10. But overall, still a standard piano bar. Drinks are as expected for a college crowd

Performers are pompous and not funny. Songs are stilly and non entertaining. No food served even though it's on the menu.

This place was absolutely rude. The two people at the front were too young guys that were just giggling and even were roasting some of my older people I had with me it was unbelievable. It was almost like they didn't want us there at all. And we had a lot of money to spend the night.

Went with small group- we all felt like it wasn't great, however a friend said it's usually better. The performers are a bit pompous. They don't play requested songs unless you pay a lot ($100 it is played next, $20 it is played fairly soon, $5 for back of the line, $1 it won't be played). None of our songs were played. The performances were not great. Songs tonight were not good but had a group of old ladies paying for strange songs. The drinks are overpriced - the 40 ounce shareable drink is $25 and completely filled with ice, truly a 12-16 ounce drink. Most seats can not see the stage, there is a large pole right in front of the stage obstructing most of the views. Wouldn't go unless your bored and looking for something new.

Always a great time! We have always sat at the bar as it has the best seats in the house to listen and people watch. Yummy drinks!

We used to go here all the time and loved it so much. Unfortunately our favorite performer Mikey C no longer plays here. If Mikey were to ever come back we would be here every night and bring all our friends. We miss him. He is what makes Low Key.

I have always loved coming to this place, however tonight one of the older performers made an incredibly transphobic comment that is unnecessarily pointed, and opinionated. Leave it off stage buddy.

The security guards are unprofessional and rude. The security was knocking on the bathroom stall and I immediately got out. I informed them I was feeling sick and was dry heaving(I've only had 1 drink). He tells me that I can't be doing that and they would have to kick me out. He then asks me if I was doing cocaine because I was "walking back and forth." They kicked me out immediately after I got out the restroom which made me a little upset but I understood that they were trying to do their job. They didn't tell me exactly why they were kicking me out but I assumed it was because of my dry heaving. After I saw my friend he informed me that they kicked me out because I was DOING COCAINE!! I was completely infuriated with these claims because 1. I hadn't consumed any coke. 2. There were meritless, b.s claims. There was nothing in my behavior that was indicative of me being on coke beside my "walking back and forth." The most infuriating part is that he would spread false information about me and was never straight up with me about why I was getting kicked out. I understand the management doesn't care and that this review will be a waste of my time, because clearly others have the same problem and nothing has been done. WILL NEVER RETURN!!!

This place is SO FUN. The performers are so talented and we got to go on stage! Perfect for girls night.

fuck low key. I went there for 4 years in college when I went to ASU, and when I went there tonight they denied me at the door when I was SOBER. I don't drink anymore I go with my friends and DD and the bouncer asked me how much have you drank tonight and I thought he was joking! I said none why? he said yea you stumbled in and said I can't go in. I am at a disbelief at how shitty Mill Ave has become since I graduated college. How sad, I wish nothing but the best to everyone and advise everybody to go to Old town over anything!

so sad ... read several of their reviews and sadly i agree. went to low key tonight and experienced the same thing. the security is our or hand, nothing but rude. tall blonde kid looks maybe 20 if that told me he was going to throw me out with the cops simply because , i was standing there waiting for my friend to get her ID checked so we could walk in together not even a 1 minute goes by tells me he will go and get his female security guard to gladly throw me out... just because i stood their in clear walk way waiting to go down the stairs. based of there reviews seems like all you have to do to get a job is be a rude & disrespectful human being to get a job they sure aced that one !! wouldn't recommend honestly been here before as well & the music really isn't enjoyable & neither is their drinks.
