My wife and I love exploring new dining spots, but Pho Dalat was a disappointment. It was actually the first time my wife didn't eat her pho—she found the broth unappealing and the noodle texture off. My noodles came out undercooked, and the chicken was tough, stringy, and hard to chew. We won't be adding this one to our list.
The meals this establishment have provided me over the past couple years have been incredible. The only time I have ever left this place unsatisfied was when i came when they were closed. I can truly consider this my favorite restaurant.
This pho in Arizona is the best I’ve ever had, even better than the pho I had in California before. The broth is incredibly flavorful, and the noodles have a unique taste and texture.
