Reis was AMAZING!!! Excellent service, and very funny!!! Thank you!
Kaylee the manager was very intensive to my table, I recommend coming here and will definitely be back.
Incredible food. Went to eat with my brother and cousin for my birthday. Kaylee took care of us and made my special day, special.
Kaylee was the best manager I’ve ever had! Best service and so friendly! Definitely would recommend!😇
KAYLEE IS THE BEST MANAGER IN THE WHOLE WORLD SHE ROCKS
I came in to Postino for an early birthday dinner and it was an amazing experience! Lexi and Jordan were so incredibly to us. I accidentally ordered something wrong and they were so kind and accommodating. Thank you so much for everything and being so kind and amazing!
I came into Postinos on June 28th with my girlfriend for an early birthday celebration and the service was great! Lexi and Jordan both provided excellent service and were super nice! Definitely will be back soon!
Great location and what a terrific server! Reis was super attentive and made great suggestions.

Sandwhich with fig jam is 9.5/10, I love it!
Brushetta is 8/10, but expensive.
Everything else is 5-7/10 and it's too pricey.

I usually love Postino’s in Tempe, but today’s experience was disappointing. The doors were left wide open, which made the place freezing cold—not ideal for a meal. On top of that, there were gnats and flies everywhere, landing on us and our food. It was really unpleasant and took away from the usually great atmosphere. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had at Postino’s. I hope they can address these issues soon.

Beware of happy hour scam! If you order the board and bottle and pay by card, the suggested tip percentages are deceitfully WRONG. They will show up as $16 for a 20% tip when the whole board and bottle are $25 on happy hour. Not a single other restaurant that I've ever been to has counted the tip percentages as what the cost of a board and bottle are outside of happy hour. Postino is aware of this "error" as you can see in other reviews from years ago, but they have made no attempt to change their electronic system and they continue to make money off of people who select "20% tip" and end up giving a 70% tip instead. Shame on you, Postino.

The service was great and the food and wine were also very enjoyable. Atmosphere is fun, the patio was comfortable, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu.
My complaint is with the payment machine. Tonight my partner and I each had a Board and Bottle ($25x2), but when she paid, the suggested tips @ 18%, 20%, 22% were calculated on the price of the wine bottles and the boards before the discount. Not noticing this until after, she clicked the 22% option like normal. This ended up being roughly $30 (60%), which is more than we wanted to spend. I definitely wish we were warned about that when it came time to pay.
Frankly, this left a bad taste after an otherwise very nice evening and means we probably won't be back for a while.
I suggest bringing cash for the servers, especially on discount nights like Board and Bottle on Monday and Tuesday.
The good…cool atmosphere, really nice space with lots of open doors , lots of natural light, big place. Good bloody’s , good bruschetta, good beer selection. The not so good… soup was cold, chicken panini was so dry needed more aioli, prosciutto panini also underwhelming with barely any meat.
The bad…service started ok but then got really bad, less checking on us , several dirty glasses literally there for an hour, not exaggerating. Drinks were taking forever & it was 2:00 in afternoon, the place was not that busy. The staff shares tips so the same one that starts might completely disappear & we had 3 different servers over the 2+ hours. We spent about $300 for lunch that started ok but totally fizzled out, service literally ruined the experience. Personally there was nothing of the experience that would make me want to go there again…
