We had such a lovely experience here! The service was excellent from start to finish. Elise was our waiter and she truly made our visit special. TLDR: Would NEVER come back to this location despite loving other Postino’s locations due to service and overall trashy experience.
Came here the weekend before Valentines on a Sunday around 1:00pm to celebrate my wife and I’s 2 year wedding anniversary. Hostess said it would be a 15-20 minute wait to sit outside which we were fine with. Didn’t get sat until 30 minutes later despite there clearly being tables available outside that just needed to be bussed and the restaurant not being very busy. That’s okay, we don’t mind waiting a little bit. Hostess brought us water and then we waited 15 minutes before our server, Sophie, even introduced themselves. Tried to order 2 different mocktails, both of which they were out of but failed to notify us of. Finally gave up and got lemonades which came out soon after. Ordered the bruschetta board and a Caprese sandwich with chicken. Waited another 30 minutes for our food to come out. During the 30 minute wait, the table next to us left and that table sat with uneaten food on it for the next hour of our dining experience. We watched 5 or 6 pigeons scavenge all of the left over food and make a mess on the ground right next to us with none of the staff bussing the table to prevent the pillaging. When our food came out, they brought the bruschetta board half incorrect. Had to ask for new food which thankfully came out quickly. Food was fine but we had to ask for our water to be refilled twice more from another server since ours was no where to be seen since placing our order. Finished our food and sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for our server to come back so we could ask for the check. This is finally when the hostess of all people began bussing the pigeon buffet. Good on her, she had triple the hustle of our server. Server took so long that we contemplated cashing out at the bar. Finally succeeded in locating our absent server to pay. Wife washed her hands in the code encrypted bathroom while I waited at the front. Thank you to the sweet hostess who brought us the plant we forgot on the table.
Overall a trashy experience. We were there for almost 2 hours for what should’ve taken half of that. I don’t want to sit next to a table with food rotting and pigeons feasting while our server slowly strolls around, no where to be found. Wife had to ask the restaurant across the hall for the bathroom code since our server consistently could not be found.
Will not be returning to this location. God bless the hostess, she was the only saving grace on what was supposed to be a sweet anniversary lunch.

Sat outside and the vibes/ weather were amazing (whoever is on aux kudos to you)!! Our serve (Jax) had awesome recommendations and was very friendly and kind. He was also very timely with the drinks 😉
