Sandwhich with fig jam is 9.5/10, I love it!
Brushetta is 8/10, but expensive.
Everything else is 5-7/10 and it's too pricey.

I usually love Postino’s in Tempe, but today’s experience was disappointing. The doors were left wide open, which made the place freezing cold—not ideal for a meal. On top of that, there were gnats and flies everywhere, landing on us and our food. It was really unpleasant and took away from the usually great atmosphere. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had at Postino’s. I hope they can address these issues soon.

Beware of happy hour scam! If you order the board and bottle and pay by card, the suggested tip percentages are deceitfully WRONG. They will show up as $16 for a 20% tip when the whole board and bottle are $25 on happy hour. Not a single other restaurant that I've ever been to has counted the tip percentages as what the cost of a board and bottle are outside of happy hour. Postino is aware of this "error" as you can see in other reviews from years ago, but they have made no attempt to change their electronic system and they continue to make money off of people who select "20% tip" and end up giving a 70% tip instead. Shame on you, Postino.

The service was great and the food and wine were also very enjoyable. Atmosphere is fun, the patio was comfortable, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu.

My complaint is with the payment machine. Tonight my partner and I each had a Board and Bottle ($25x2), but when she paid, the suggested tips @ 18%, 20%, 22% were calculated on the price of the wine bottles and the boards before the discount. Not noticing this until after, she clicked the 22% option like normal. This ended up being roughly $30 (60%), which is more than we wanted to spend. I definitely wish we were warned about that when it came time to pay.

Frankly, this left a bad taste after an otherwise very nice evening and means we probably won't be back for a while.
I suggest bringing cash for the servers, especially on discount nights like Board and Bottle on Monday and Tuesday.

The good…cool atmosphere, really nice space with lots of open doors , lots of natural light, big place. Good bloody’s , good bruschetta, good beer selection. The not so good… soup was cold, chicken panini was so dry needed more aioli, prosciutto panini also underwhelming with barely any meat.
The bad…service started ok but then got really bad, less checking on us , several dirty glasses literally there for an hour, not exaggerating. Drinks were taking forever & it was 2:00 in afternoon, the place was not that busy. The staff shares tips so the same one that starts might completely disappear & we had 3 different servers over the 2+ hours. We spent about $300 for lunch that started ok but totally fizzled out, service literally ruined the experience. Personally there was nothing of the experience that would make me want to go there again…

I came here for an anniversary lunch and made reservations. We ordered right away and didn't receive our food for 45 minutes. We only saw our server once during that time for one drink refill. We were there a total of an hour and 20 minutes and I never received another drink refill. There was a hair found in my food also.

I asked for a to go box and we paid for our bill at the table. We realized the server didn't ask for the amount of the tip. He must've selected the amount himself because no server is going to choose no tip. I never got my to go box.

First and foremost, the staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the quick seating. However, I was disappointed with the food. Without pictures on the menu, it left a lot to the imagination. When I ordered the smoked salmon, I expected something traditional but received a plate of mixed items with a very small portion of salmon. Personally, I would recommend avoiding this place to avoid similar disappointment.

Check to go orders very carefully before leaving. I discovered missing items prior to leaving and once home also discovered incorrect items.

My favorite go to restaurant for a girls lunch or dinner. You can't go wrong with any of the bruschetta boards. Also, the Mushroom Fondu appetizer is to die for.

Awful service, just actively ignored to a point we had to leave to go eat elsewhere. Food was consistent as always.

Chris was an awesome server, always checking up on us making sure the table had everything it needed. Not to mention he moved an umbrella for us to cover the sun and keep the birds at bay. Chris really put 110% effort to making sure we had an awesome experience!! 10/10 recommend
