Totally forgot to post this, but boyfriend and I went in for a quick bite on Valentine’s Day and the manager brought around roses out to all the ladies. This was so cute and such a sweet touch 🥰❤️

Some of the college kids are kind of rude. This evening, a young lady with blonde hair tossed an order at me. I’m not sure if she didn’t care or was race related. Perhaps she was on a bad mood. Just know, because delivery drivers are picking up orders doesn’t mean we should be treated differently. We’re there on behalf of the customer. The level of customer satisfaction shouldn’t be any different. Be better!

Staff horrible they will walk right past you never greet anyone. No hair nets cooks with no gloves with fingernails polished staff keeps her phone in her back pocket and records behind her. Manager had family that doesn't work there helping out with no uniform. I was going to post the video but my laungue was not appropriate

The one who took my order was very kind as well as another employee Dante was very inviting and had great service refilling drinks and grabbing plates and making sure we had what we needed. I've never had such good service.

Danika and Moe were spot on with service, thank you! Danika knew to substitute that we didn’t want Cole slaw nor toast and to add extra fries. Diet Dr Pepper wasn’t available so Moe stepped in and suggested an Arnold palmer for less sugar, perfect and attentive to staff who wasn’t sure sure what to suggest!!! We had a terrible experience at another location and were sent a gift card; the only regret is we couldn’t tip on our business debit card and didn’t have cash.
The fries were a bit soggy and the fingers were soggy/greasy and unsalted or we’d give a 5 star on all 3 metrics- food, service, atmosphere. Thanks for the overall fantastic experience w fast food!!! Your speed helped us get our trucking company back to work quickly!

Im not sure where all these people went that are complaining about how bad it was but i hit the spot in downtown crossing boston for my very first trip to one and was an absolutely incredible meal. tenders were tender flavorful and juicy the texas toast was awesome the whole meal came out perfect. i was already on about a 3 mile boston adventure so i opted for the lemonade instead of my usual soda with meal and i will always get the lemondae. awesome job guys!
