The dude that works there with the beard and nose ring, cut me off as I was pouring both my sodas, didn't say excuse me or apologize and was just overall road.. it's people like that that make me not want to approach this place (03/22/2024) at 3:10

Manager was very rude when we were trying to get our food fixed. Someone in our group got food that tasted like the fryer was burnt. We got it redone and then it tasted the exact same way the second time. I went up again and they just offered a refund because “all the fryers are like that”. He asked me all these questions about which register we were on when I provided the receipt and then didn’t even do the refund on that register lol. He was blonde with an ear piercing

Quick service! The chicken sandwich is delicious! The combo box is a better option with some chicken fingers and a drink!
They just let whoever go up and grab food! Then to not replace the food when other customers grab the wrong meal gross unsanitary very rude!!Edit - 3/14/24 - tried to get something to eat today asked for sauce on the side and was told it cost extra no thank you scam company

A frequent visitor of Raising Canes, first time I had this was in Louisiana but nice to visit the one here in Arizona. I typically get the Box Combo which is 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, One Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast and Coleslaw. Like most I enjoy using the toast as a sandwich, putting somes fries and chicken inside and dunking it into the canes sauce. Also with the tea, I like to do a mix of the Lemonade and the Ice Tea. Nice service here, no complaints and good food.
