Per usual every time I interact with these amazing women and gentlemen. At rally's store number 4087 off of west university. Melissa is hands down the kindest and the most patient person and the most pleasant to interact with every time I come up here. Oh and the food is great But the customer service is freaking fantastic!!!

Great late night eats for good price! There is something for everyone and the new AI order-bot? She never gets an order wrong! Trust me, we have complicated orders and they get it right every time. Sometimes there's a few minutes wait time but it's because the food is prepared fresh when you get there, not before and then heat lamped. Their menu is greatly varied and you can get them how you want them! And they have PIES! Really, Really, really good eats at Rally's...

It seems to be a code with almost every fast food Restaurant to be fast and less concern about quality. A hot meal should be hot. Well, at least the fries were hot. The burger was cold cheese as well. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Rallys.
