I’ve been twice in the last month got charged for items i never received. They charge you for sauce but don’t put it in the bag. They charge you to sauce your chicken but don’t sauce the chicken.waited 5 minutes for a wrong order

Didn't like the AI trying to get our order, it got it wrong & then even the human got it wrong asked for bacon on chicken sandwich & didn't get it, but was charged for it!
