Our family loves Red Robin! The food is always hot and delicious. This is one of our favorite places to come grab Sunday brunch. The restaurant is clean, the servers are great, and the food was delicious. Other than some person slamming a refill of fries down on our table as they ran by, our waitress, Erin was fantastic.

Disappointing. Food order not correct and server didn't come back for so long that I gave up and just ate it anyway. Manager - guy with dark hair and goatee - actually brought the food out and didn't check the order it seems. Just not sure where everyone went when the place was not very busy. 2pm Saturday afternoon.

Fresh hot burger, tasty strawberry shake too. I had the Garlic Parmesian Broccoli, which was perfectly cooked- tender, still bright green. Too bad it wasn't hot, nor was it garlicky. There was parmesian cheese, but it didn't taste like anything. A miss in my opinion. Server was attentive and polite.

We visited this store a couple weeks ago. Things seemed to start off OK. The staff was friendly, and the establishment was relatively clean. My wife ordered the fries “lightly salted” as our appetizer. When they came, they were way too for her. We asked that they be “re-done,” and again “lightly salted.” When they came, they had NO salt. There must have been some miscommunication between the front of the house and the back of the house - but things happen.One reason we selected Red Robin is because they offer a gluten-free bun my wife can eat. We ordered our selected burgers medium rare, or pink in the middle. When our burgers came, they too had no salt or seasoning and almost no taste. They were also way overcooked and bone dry. We sent both back. When the second “remakes” hit the table, they were overcooked again, and not seasoned. This time, we asked for a manager to assist in getting the order cooked correctly and making sure the accompanying fries would be on the plate hot and lightly salted. The third burger almost has some signs of pink left in the patty. But I guess the kitchen must have run out of salt because the burgers were still unseasoned and bland. Culinary Hint: Hamburger patties minimally need to be salted, if not seasoned with a combination of salt, pepper, and garlic. We didn’t send the burgers back a third time because we figured whoever was running the grill either did not understand English or simply could not cook a burger to save their life.What’s unfortunate is that Red Robin has so much potential. They have a decent menu. Somehow, the wheels fell off and they just couldn’t get the job done. Hopefully, they can turn things around.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Aww! Haven't been here in quite some time and it was a rare treat indeed! Wish I could remember what I got besides my blue vodka alcohol beverage but I'm a stoner and it happens but I do remember getting garlic fries with my order and they were delicious ??..... Maybe I got a burger of some sort? ?.... Oh well the rest was good I remember that part! Definitely recommend going.... It was also not busy at all and it was around dinner time.
Food was good, we were served quickly and everyone was very courteous I would definitely return.
