While the avo-Cobb-o salad was beautiful and delicious, the fish sandwich meal was disappointing. The sandwich was not hot, and the steak fries are mushy lukewarm stale. What happened to the golden crispy fries from the dine in experience?!

Not to mention, we picked up the food 3 minutes earlier than the said scheduled pickup time and our drive home was only 5 minutes. It’s impossible to use that as an excuse...

We go to Red Robin bc it's tasty and they are always excellent about no cross contamination of food for my Gluten Free Allergic wife. She gets a bacon cheeseburger on a GF bun and the regular fries are GF too. I get the Haystack Double as it's plenty of burger, I love the campfire sauce, and crispy onion straws. With the bottomless fries, I never leave hungry. We live in Tucson, but bc of their reputation for being careful w allergies, we went here. They did great! We've...

Service is always kind, food is always good. The dishwasher/kitchens music was blasting throughout the whole restaurant which was pretty bad and the manager was walking around so it was weird that it wasn’t corrected. Place was very empty but expo kept yelling for runners way louder than needed. Small things like that can really add up to be annoying!
