I’ve been to this restaurant a handful of times. The food is good enough but it is NOT WORTH IT. The chicken is always so dry and hard. The broth is not bad. However… Every time I go it seems there is something wrong and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I’m not picky so if someone makes a mistake it’s no big deal. When there is a mistake every single time and they refuse to fix it, then I have a problem. Last time I went I ordered the same 4 toppings as I always do. When my ramen came out one of the toppings was wrong. I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front that the topping I ordered was missing. His response was “ok. What do you want me to do about it?” as he looked at me as if I was the inconvenience. The topping they put on there instead was something that I did not enjoy so my ramen was not good but they didn’t want to remake it even though they made a mistake. I decided it was a fluke and went again tonight. One of the ramens I ordered was missing 3 of the toppings I ordered. When I mentioned it, I was told I would have to pay for the toppings to get them. Even though the ramen comes with 4 toppings and I only got ONE topping that I ordered. They are so stingy and absolutely refuse to fix their mistakes. They also seem to make a mistake EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone. If they just fixed it without trying to take more money from me that they don’t deserve, it would have been fine. I will never return to this restaurant and I do not recommend anyone come here. There are so many ramen places here and definitely many that are light years better than this one.

Great service and atmosphere, as far as food the pork was a little low on flavor and the egg was over boiled for the ramen.

Wow what a horrible experience. The ramen once delivered to our table tasted like weak flavored dish water. After to deciding on refusing to eat my ramen the so called manager didn’t know how to do a refund. The manager was polite but she lacked the knowledge of being a manager. She wanted to refund my food to someone else’s credit card. Do bother eating dishwater ramen. You would be better off with cup a noodle. Enough said.

The ramen was genuinely some of the worst ramen I have ever had. The broth tastes like dishwater, the pork was thin and tasteless, the noodles were soggy, the egg was clearly plopped in straight from the fridge, and the whole thing smelled weird. The lady at the counter was clueless as well. Ordered two beers on two different occasions and both times had to return to the counter to actually get the thing. 6 of us went and ordered ramen and none of us took more than a few bites. It’s no wonder the place was nearly deserted when I went. Absolutely don’t come here. It’s a disgrace to Japanese culture and to ramen as a dish. 1/5 stars. Stay away.

This was some of the worst ramen I’ve ever had. The broth was very weak and flavorless. The entire bowl of ramen was lackluster. The egg was cold in the center which was concerning since it was hard boiled (when it’s supposed to have a soft yolk). The consistency/texture of the ramen noodle was fine though. Overall, I would not recommend.

It is really good ramen.
Every time I've gone it's delicious and there's a a lot of food.
And the tea is also very good!
I've been going here since 2014. They're a good, solid Ramen Restaurant. They have a fairly good curry and udon option too. The best part is how calm it is inside. No low lighting and no loud music. Do I recommend this place for kids? No, but for teens and older, yes.
It's a decent meet up place, or lunchtime spot.

Food was amazing. Noodles were tender and the broth was delicious. I definitely recommend the spicy miso, the broth had the right amount of spice ?. Portions are really big so you definitely get your moneys worth. Atmosphere was really nice with a great view of the surrounding mountains ?️ , and had nice dining tables. The service was amazing, really nice people working there. Overall good place to dine in, definitely recommend.

I’ve been sick this week and really was craving ramen. However, this ramen was not it. The only thing good about it was the spicy miso.
The noodles were a little too thick for my liking.
However the egg is where I was not happy. Most ramen eggs are yolky in the middle? This was over boiled to the point where it was grey on the inside. I had to throw it out.
The inside environment was really nice and laid back and the customer service was great.
