I wish Rubios hired a second front-office person. Our wonderful do-everything woman was working awfully hard, but she was so nice about it. We all four had a great time. It was the first visit for two of the group. Rubios made a good impression.

Yummy food…but some of our order got a bit mixed up. My daughter ordered fries with her kids meal and got rice instead and I ordered Mexican rice and got citrus rice instead.

I enjoy Rubio’s, but one suggestion I have is to make the burritos a little bigger. They seem quite small for the price, so the value doesn’t always feel worth it. Increasing the portion size would make the meal more satisfying and improve the overall customer experience.
