Very disappointing amenities for how much I am paying to live here. An already small number of washers and dryers (7 each per probably 350 students living in san pablo) has now halved, since so many don’t work. Running laundry is near impossible, even if you’re lucky enough to find one available there’s a good chance it’s broken since you last used that particular one for a load. There is no wifi for san pablo such as every major dorm has, instead leaving us to use ASU wifi which is notoriously spotty— keep in mind 99% of coursework, especially for freshmen, is ONLINE. Had black sludge coming up from my drain since I moved in and waited 3 months to see it fixed after calling and reporting it numerous times. It’s already an older building significantly less nice but insignificantly less pricey than every other dorm on this side of campus. Bare minimum for a shared, all-covered dormitory should be accessible laundry, plumbing, and internet.
Ghetto. Daughter doesn't have hot water in her dorm room, they won't fix it.

My grandson is there!
ASU campus dorm that has two person rooms that share a bathroom with another room. The room has two twin beds high of the floor so you can store personal items under it. Also, has a shared walk-in closet. About the size of two small coat closet joined. Cozy.
Clean & great location....
The chicken tenders were amazing. You gotta go for that 100 tender deal. It's so worth, I saved 30 dollars by eating them all at once. Would recommend!
Best view of the stadiums from any dorm and the best dorm experience overall. SP3!
San Pablo Residence Hall is an ASU Freshman Year Experience residential community located in the North Neighborhood.
