Amazing food per usual! We catered food for an ASU event and everyone loved it 😀 The food was very filling, and the service was impeccable! I let them know a week in advance what exactly I wanted, and they helped me figure out what would suit everyone and also helped me with including vegan and vegetarian options! Definitely recommend 😁

First time in Arizona coming from New York where the bar is set extremely high, especially for Middle Eastern cuisine. I have tried shawarma from many places and this was the best shawarma I had from anywhere in the US. It reminded me of the shawarma I had in Morocco which isn’t even known for shawarma but the quality of meat and care to making the food is everything and can make for an amazing culinary experience. The staff is also extremely friendly and you can see they work hard to provide the best for their guests which is everything especially nowadays when it’s difficult to find quality hospitality and quality food. It’s also amazing to see that it’s family owned and they work together to provide something unique to the community. Keep it up Shawarma Factory you are much appreciated!!!

The shawarma was absolutely delicious, with well-balanced spices that were rich, flavorful, and distinct. The portion size was generous—something you don’t often find at this price point. I highly recommend this place; it’s undoubtedly one of the best shawarma spots in Arizona.
Beyond the amazing food, the restaurant is run by a friendly family who provides fast and excellent service. If you’re a fan of authentic shawarma, this place is a must-visit!

Ordered from DoorDash, got shawarma fries and a wrap. Started to split the fries between me and my husband and found 2 long hairs and one piece of lint. We understand mistakes happen but it seemed a little much. Just threw all food away. 🙁
