I used to go to this place all the time when I lived here...I wanted to order for the first time in years. Put in a mobile order, was canceled, called, was hung up on. Bro why wouldnt you just take my money?
Skip this place completely if you're ordering pick-up or delivery through any food delivery service platforms. Went to pickup my food 30mins after ordering, they told me to wait, after 30mins again told me to wait few more mins, all those who arrived after me also stated leaving. After a hour and 25 mins of wait they told me they will prioritize every in person order over a online food delivery platform order. So if you order an item on door dash and then someone orders the same items in-person a few minutes after your order they will serve the order prepared to you to the person who arrived and ordered in person. She literally said this to my face. WTH is this?
If you prioritize in person orders over any food delivery service orders then TURN OFF that freaking device, don't even take orders from a online food delivery platform.
After 1.25 hrs I gave up and called door dash for a refund. Got refund.
Also I feel they do this on purpose so they can get money for free, cos 99% of the ppl don't wait this long to pickup food and also since most are students who are lazy or busy enough to report to door dash or dispute for a refund. So if no action is taken on an order it's Free money to the store.
BIG SCAM they might into, skip this place at all cost!
Also if you see most good reviews with all stars are from middle eastern based names, so no matter how bad service or food is they will still support their race ppl and give all stars no matter what, and skip this place next time.

I'm sure the in person is nice but twice now I've ordered via postmate and the employees gave the driver bags of fries versus the entire order...bullshit

This used to be actually good but after them planning on closing they are absolute trash and aren’t trying anymore at all, i came in with family and the restaurant stinks you can’t even breath well. And when i wanted a refund because we couldn’t stay from how much is stinks no conditioning or anything or fans to get rid of the smell i was coughing badly because of it and the girl called the owner and was jokingly saying how we wanted a refund after they started cooking because we said it was “hot” while she was laughing make fun of it and said it’s your people just because what were middle easterners? Such a liar we never complained about how hot it is and absolute bad customer service with no respect. Please save yourself and do not come here.
The food abs staff were great. Fresh and very good. The portion size was ample. Will make it a regular stop
