I ordered something to go and had to wait 30 minutes for my order. ???
The attitude of the person at the counter is very bad

I loveeeee this spot for ramen! It’s consistent every time I go! Staff is always friendly and atmosphere is good. Get the combo if you’re getting ramen, it’s silly not too. The only thing I’d change is how big the spoons are, I want to make a little bite with broth in the spoon but I can’t fit the whole thing in my mouth ?

The food was bomb. The only negative comment I have to say is the waitress charged my card, after signing my signature on the device, she snatched it out of my hands and overcharged the tip option before I could change it.

This Ramen is on the pricier side but I can always trust it to deliver. Their sides are amazing as well! The pork bun is a hit, and the chicken is crunchy and delicious. Service is great, green tea is cheap, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious which is a great bonus on top of the general atmosphere. I believe this restaraunt came over from LA, and they do not disappoint!

Silverlake Ramen: A Flavor Adventure You Won’t Forget
Appetizer Magic: Gyoza Love First up, the crispy gyoza, golden perfection on a plate. It’s like biting into a cloud stuffed with savory goodness. Paired with that velvety dipping sauce, every crunchy bite had me reconsidering my life choices for ever skipping gyoza. The lemon wedge? A tiny splash of freshness to cut through the richness—genius.
Main Event: Ramen Royalty Then, the pièce de résistance—ramen in all its steaming, aromatic glory. The broth, creamy yet light, hit all the right notes, dancing between umami and comfort. The chashu pork? Melt-in-your-mouth tender, like the ramen gods themselves prepared it. That swirl of black garlic oil had me slurping with zero shame. If you leave without trying this bowl, you’re simply doing life wrong.
Crunch Time: Karaage Chicken Finally, the karaage. Crispy outside, juicy inside, these fried nuggets of joy are a textural triumph. Paired with a spicy mayo dipping sauce, they take fried chicken to new heights. Crunch, dip, repeat—this dish deserves its own fan club.
In short, Silverlake Ramen is a journey of flavors where every dish is a standout. Come hungry, leave in a food coma. You’ll be planning your next visit before you even finish your meal.

Yep! Taste pretty close to the real stuff out in Silverlake. Yet the meat quality seems to have changed a bit. Yet still the ramen to try
Parking: It’s crappy. Spaces are tight and very cluttered up in there.

Food was great as long as you ordered extra spice on the side. Service was lacking as the girls don’t really want to be there and it shows when asking for things.

My party of six stopped here after a show at the Improv (upstairs). I'm guessing we got a waitress on an off night, as we had a few issues. She made a minor mistake on one of the orders and instead of correcting it, she argued that she got it correct and refused to fix it. After serving everyone's food, she avoided our table the rest of the night. We could see her chatting near the kitchen, so I know she wasn't busy. We waited 40 minutes after everyone finished their food, before my wife walked up to her to request the bill. The waitress is lucky we tip well regardless of poor service but we won't return.

Love it here! My first time was in California and when I was craving it I was excited they opened up a location here in Arizona. Definitely recommend the Spicy tonkutsu. Been here twice and service was awesome. Love the karage as well. Great appetizer. Only bad thing I can say is parking takes forever to find.

I absolutely love this place, great ramen, amazing service, and a fresh vibe. I've recently been to the Michelin Rated Ramen house and could only think of Silverlake while I was there. Hand down my favorite ramen in the valley.

Just left here.. my rating is really a 3.5
The Good:
The drinks were excellent . We had a spicy margarita and the Chu-hi (green apple) very good. Everything was fresh. The place was pretty spacious. We had a great waiter (Micah). Honestly, everyone we encountered had a great attitude. People friendly. The appetizers were very good. The portion sizes were very good.
The Bad:
Ramen Liquid base was lacking flavor. It was a lacking an identity. You have to buy a lot of sides. Which I feel a lot of the sides should have automatically been in the base of the soup. I really had to add all my sides and soy sauce for the liquid base to actually have flavor. For the price of the items I’m expecting the flavor to already be there.
* Parking is very tight there’s a lot going on within that parking lot a lot of places sharing that one place. Uber may be best
Overall, I liked what I had, but I also had to add a lot of sides and soy sauce to give some flavor. My rating is based off the fact that the liquid base just wasn’t developed, wasn’t sensational. Everything else was cool.

Boy, was I surprised. I was very pleasantly surprised! This has got to be one of the most enjoyable Japanese Noodle joints I’ve had in ages. Especially in the Valley. Many just call Ramen noodles. For some reason, America is most infatuated with Ramen, and I’m not complaining mind you. I think that’s an unfair nomenclature for there is at least seven best known Asian inspired ‘noodles’. They are Shirataki, Soba, Hiyamugi, Udon, Harusame, Tokoroten and then there’s Ramen. I am glad for Ramen’s migration to Japan from China during the Heian period, so we can enjoy the flavors, seasonings and styles Nippon has favored us with. We just don’t get enough offerings from the others to enjoy. That being said, as a Ramen house, Silver Lake is doing a magnificent job! The pleasant and modest establishment is set up pretty much in a communal, social and congenial aesthetics approach. You almost feel like you are in an outdoor, street food environment with its assimilated ambience. As for the food, Wow! A bunch of the family got together with the birthday girl’s choice of location. Silver Lake. Because of our large sized group, almost everyone was able to try from many appetizers and mains placed before us. The layout included Sapporo and Asahi to Sake Bombs, from delectable Shrimp Tempura Cut Rolls to their fabulous Combo Classics, from the scrumptious Pork Bun and Soboro Bowl to exquisite California Cut Rolls, an out of this world Garlic Truffle Chicken and Spicey Tuna Cut Roll to Chicken Karaage and my Pork Tsukemen (incredible), and the Pork Blaze Combo is what dreams are made of. One outstanding item, the Creamy Broccolini, is hard to describe as the most fab broccolini I have ever devoured. Overall, this is must for Ramen – not to mention the sides and add-ons. I have yet to find anything equitable yet in the Valley. So, if you are a fan of Ramen, who isn’t, you’re looking for quality, expect the traditional and authentic flavors and preparation, then this is the place for you. Ten of us at the table can’t be all wrong. By the way, they offer cheater chopsticks! 食事をお楽しみ下さい
