I told society that it's my wedding day which is a special occasion. The surprise was the menu card. But I thought if the restaurant may have given a small cake with a candle or something to make it memorable a special.

Just ok, nothing extraordinary. Had the pasta alla vodka and the pesto pasta plus a glass of wine each. Food was just OK but bill was over $100 for 2 people and did not have appetizers or dessert since on tight schedule to see a play. Asked for bread before dinner and they brought 3 slices with no butter or olive oil. Waitress provided great service but food not worth the cost.

Decided to try Society for an early-ish business dinner; the 3 of us were all very impressed to find not just the usual stuff on the menu, very cool/interesting interior vibe & decor and some excellent food and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Society absolutely knocked it out of the park last night. This is not your nonna's Italian — it's modern, creative, and confidently avant-garde. Society has been on my bucket list for about a year, and it more than delivered. First, the service was outstanding, led by Brooke, who took incredible care of our table. She expertly matched everyone's tastes with both drinks and menu selections, and her recommendations were spot-on throughout the evening. Everything we ordered was interesting, beautifully prepared, and executed perfectly: the Burrata & Figs appetizer (ideal for sharing), Pesto Pasta, Wild Mushroom Pasta, and the Pound O' Mussels served over their tomato-infused spaghetti. You can really taste that all of the pasta and sauces are made fresh in-house. The atmosphere was electric — dramatic lighting, a great energy in the room, and a crowd clearly out to enjoy the night. If you're looking for a memorable night out in Tempe, I highly recommend Society.

Most of the staff was nice, although they did seem a bit irritated when we asked for a lower table. It was just uncomfortable sitting at a high hightop with dresses and skirts. Wish they had more booths available as those hightops are quite uncomfortable. Food was good, really enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates and the goat cheese/honey appetizer. Lobster pasta was mid especially for the price.

This place is doing it right!! The food was delicious. Cocktails were tasty. The staff was attentive but not overly anything. Knowledgeable and made great suggestions. The owner popped by and we delighted in telling him about our wonderful experience. Prices were reasonable too. Highly recommend!! And Brittney was a fabulous bartender!!!

Cute spot, good drinks & delicious house made pasta. Our server, Isaac was INCREDIBLE. Very patient, knowledgable and every recommendation he made absolutely hit. Trust Isaac at all costs. Jarness checking on us was very much appreciated as well :) can’t recommend this place enough.

Had such an amazing experience and recommend sitting at the bar if possible! Beef was on point with her drink recommendations and creations, they were so good! Jake was also great with his food recommendations and they made the night super fun! Everything was a 10 and will definitely be going back!!
