I arrived around 1:30 AM to order food because Google showed the restaurant as open 24 hours.

At first, the staff told me they were only accepting cash, so I went next door to exchange money. When I returned just a few minutes later, I was suddenly told they could no longer make food or accept orders.

I tried to explain that I had just been told cash orders were accepted, but a male employee immediately told me I could not order anymore and...

I stop here for drinks and breakfast a few times a week on the way to work. Joseph works the morning shift and is always very friendly and cheerful. Alex who works weekend mornings is equally cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I frequent this Sonic because I can always expect to receive friendly and excellent service from Joseph and Alex. Kudos to them!
PS Sonic Corporate people..call me would ya? LOL I have issues with the app, can’t ever reach anyone to get it...

This store on Broadway near rural is not a good place to go. The shakes are milky, the fries where cold and not cooked all the way, and the service was slow and forgetful in car hop. For the price I paid I could have gone to McDonalds twice for two people. It was no good at all.
