My boyfriend and I came in and we are really disappointed. The girl that helped us was very rude. She has black hair wearing a “my plaid is my favorite season” shirt. We came in March 11 at 4:30. We waited for a good 4 minutes before she even came out from the back. She never said hello or welcome in and just looked at us. The first and only words out of her mouth were “what can I get for you”After I ordered she walked away and my boyfriend had to then get her attention again to order. She sighed as she finished his order and only added one peanut butter cup into my boyfriend’s ice cream. (He added Reese’s and that just seems like a small amount). It was a little over $14 and NOT WORTH IT. She was really nice to the people after us. The ice cream is ok but the service is absolutely horrible and I see why it was empty when we walked in. The tables are also very dirty and the mixing station for ice cream was very dirty as well.the ice cream itself was ok. We sampled a few and I wasn’t thrilled by any of them. I got “mint to be” and if you love toothpaste then you will enjoy it. My boyfriend got fluffernutter and it was grainy. honestly go anywhere else. When she handed him the cup it was covered in ice cream and she walked away. He had to find napkins and clean it all off himself.

Ice cream is great, and prices are comparable to the rest of the block. Tables outside are very sticky, but nice outdoor seating. Staff was great.

This place is mom & pop type cold stone creamery. Friendly staff, lots of dessert options: waffles, smoothies, mix in ice cream options, tons of different cones, dessert pretzels. I chose the small strawberry shortcake with a Oreo waffle cone. It was $10 and way too big! The $2.50 Oreo cone was good but so filling & rich. The ice cream was good but the shortcake pieces were too big and frozen, hard to eat. Loved the whip cream finish on top tho!

terrible experience. first walked in and they were out of pretty much everything. less than half the normal ice cream choices, barely any mix ins, and half their smoothie fruit options. they also weren't offering any mix ins in general because they were too lazy to do so. they were unable to understand what we wanted because the workers are undereducated, didn't know what a quart or pint was when it's clearly written on the menu. get ur bs together please! the workers were also quite disrespectful and had attitude towards me and friends for no reason. ps the cactus flower is the worst flavour ever to man kind.

These guys get busy AF and they still put out the best ice cream! Natalie was the best! Very helpful and made everything just the way it's supposed to be without any hiccups even with a full lobby! People who complain about everything fresh made and pretty much right in front of you is a fool! These human beings are beautiful and very competent in what they do

My go-to ice cream shop!!!! If you are a ASU student you get a discount!!!!Overall, I love the atmosphere and ice cream. I got the Silk German chocolate with cookie dough and waffles.The only thing I feel weird is 1.50 for a 2nd topping… but, it’s totally worth it for the cookie dough i added ?They also have some unique flavors like eggnog…. Maybe this is a Christmas special(if you were me, I would come here before Christmas to try this)

Ordered a 20oz smoothie, they didn't have any strawberries, talked between themselves, then made it anyway without asking if I'd rather have another flavor, was put in the 16oz cup when I was charged for a 20. Won't be coming back
