Update: visited again 2 days later. They were not busy at all. 15 minutes after ordering my drink was not there. I asked for it and the barista found my ticket misplaced and made it there. He was grumpy about it. Serious management and morale issue here b

Big beautiful nearly empty location. Staff of 4 couldn't keep up with 8 people waiting. 18 min from order to egg bites. Bites were dumped into a bag with tray, no fork I have seen many Starbucks churn orders 2-3 times faster than here. If you have a morning to kill come here.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and have always had positive experiences, up until recently at this location.

I ordered an iced caramel latte, and when my name was called and an iced latte was placed on the counter, I assumed it was mine and took it. I didn’t realize until later that my order had accidentally been rung up as a hot drink.

Instead of handling the mix-up with understanding, the manager, Robbie, spoke to me in an incredibly rude and condescending manner. Even after I apologized multiple times for not checking the name on the drink, he continued to scold me, which was both humiliating and completely unnecessary. I understand that people have off days, but I have never been so humiliated over such a simple mistake.

I was hoping to escalate the situation to the store manager only to find out that Robbie was the manager. I was shocked that someone in a leadership role would treat a customer this way.

The truth is, his behavior was unacceptable. I’ve never felt so disrespected at any Starbucks, and I truly hope no one else has to go through what I experienced. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect no matter if a mistake is made. I hope in the future he can give grace to future customers.

Been to this location 4 times, every time they take my order while looking at the cash in my hand, ask my name tell me the total and then say “oh sorry we’re not taking cash right now.” Cashless Starbucks I guess

The site is nice and food is standard. It is problematic if you want to get some work done and need internet. There is no complimentary WiFi as of 5/22/2024.

It's just like any other Starbucks. But I thought all of Starbucks stores have wifi. It was disappointing to know that this place doesn't have one. ? If you are just here to take out or talk, then it won't be a problem.
