Back at Starbucks, this location isn't as cozy as some others, but it still offers friendly and fast service. You can enjoy all the great drinks and treats you love, with the same consistent quality. Despite the less cozy atmosphere, it's a reliable spot for a quick coffee break or snack.
You really need to explain to your employees, company-wide, that tipping is available AFTER the mobile order has been placed, received, etc. I never tip before anymore. That's kind of insane to tip before you get the service. Too many times I've kicked myself for leaving a good tip and then gotten bad service. But I can tell that many of your employees don't know about this, and you can tell they expect you to tip beforehand because you almost always get some little...
