Just went to this subway, Marcell was working the hardest with what he had! Whoever the manager is needs to get him some help and a raise! He had like 8 orders and was even running out of stickers for the bags. At the same time still making orders, grabbing stuff from the back, and had great customer service.

This location is horrible! Food said was ready from online ordering yet its still sitting on the counter while they kept the line moving. BUT IM HERE AND WANT MY FOOD TOO!

My partner and I went to this subway and for the first time decided to order there instead of online. Such a big regret after how rude the worker making our sandwiches was. He had an attitude and kept mumbling under his breath everytime either of us would ask for anything on the sandwiches. Also they were out of stuff on the line and he told me he could grab it if I was willing to wait and was just trying to guilt trip us out of stuff. Everytime I’d ask for something to be light he would put extra and was just so rude about smacking all the ingredients everywhere to the point even his coworker looked uncomfortable. I get having a bad day but just being as rude as he was is insane to me. Especially because this subway is rarely busy anytime we pick up our orders. Nothing tasted fresh and there was also a hair next to some of the ingredients.

Had a great experience at this Subway today! The store manager was amazing super friendly and attentive. Customer service was top-notch, and the food was fresh and delicious. You can really tell they care about their customers now. Will definitely be coming back!
