First time here and the food was delicious. Serving size for the sides was epic! The dogs were great as well. Looking forward to coming back and trying more. Specifically the shakes!!
I've been eating here since I was a kid in the mid-80s. The food is always really good. Recently they've changed the ordering process and it takes a lot longer to get your food now. Also noticed they are using buzzers for orders now and the staff taking the buzzers from customers are then handling the food without changing their gloves. Those buzzers have been handled by lots and lots of dirty hands 🤢
My partner and I were in the mood for a Diner-stlye meal and this spot definitely hit the mark. Small, local and delicious. We each had burgers which were very much backyard BBQ style which we are big fans of. The patties are rather thin so I would suggest getting a double or a triple if you are looking for something meaty.
