I've gone here for years and have always enjoyed it, but recently, the services have gone downhill, and they don't follow the same times they have posted online. We walked in at 845 after work after double-checking that they didn't close until 10, but when we got there we could clearly see they weren't making any more rolls and that the conveyor was running low and the hostest walked up and told us they were closing at 9 so we left disappointed and annoyed that their times don't line up

Severely disappointed I frequent this location several times a month. They do not care if you're disabled and they treat you with disrespect. I don't know if there's been a management change or what's going on but they wouldn't give us a table because we were a party of two even though my husband's disabled and there was plenty of space she said it's reserved for Party 6 or more which doesn't make sense cuz there's only four chairs at a table anyways. Then she proceeded to sit someone that was only a party of two anyways after we said we were leaving so where's the logic in that. I used to always refer people to go here but that stance has changed I no longer support them and they do not deserve your business.

Sushi was not the best that I've had, but the prices made up for the quality. The service was good.

I have been coming to this sushi restaurant for years now, it is one of my favorite places for revolving sushi. However the service is going down hill. I was waiting for a table which one of the waitresses had stated was fine even though we had two people. I have always sat at a table with two people. I am just not a bar girl. However one of the waitresses, do not know her, had never seen her before this night, she had long black hair, skinny and short. She came over to the waiting area and made a rude comment about a party of two wanting a table. And went to complain to the man that is bald with glasses. After that the man came over saying that we are not aloud a table and we had to sit at the bar because they won’t sit parties of 2 of a table in which I responded that I had just talked to another waitress and she said it was fine for me to wait. He then asked who and went over to her and “handled” her as he put. So he said we can either sit at the bar or take a table for two that was not apart of the revolving sushi bar. So I told him the bar as fine. However the rudeness I experienced by the girl waitress that complained and the man that “handled” it was crazy to me because I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant! But I will not be returning because of this. Customer service is so important even for regulars.

This Teharu is by far the lesser of the two. Almost no selection, everything cold, and just generally disappointing. Would recommend the mesa location over this one any day.

This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes the food is really good then it's just ok.

I’ve been coming here for years and male waiters customer service just keeps getting worse. I see the little enthusiasm they display all the time being there but yesterday they were both extremely rude. One when we first checked in had terrible attitude and the other when I asked for something and didn’t bother tending to me instead told me rudely to wait. Huge props to Evelyn who took care of my party and I if not I would’ve walked out. Also over the years quality has changed I noticed they stopped using certain ingredients like cucumber in sushi and they seem to have gotten cheaper wasabi because it has zero spice no matter how much I used.

Standard sushi-go-round fare. Reasonable prices, which is saying a lot these days. Good selection.

Decent for sure. Better food and way better prices than the robot place in Chandler.
