So I would have rated this 5 for overall service and atmosphere even 2 months ago. But after my frequent twice a week visits I ran into someone at the window who gave me extremely negative vibes and she just seemed... mad at the fact I was even at the window?
I love interacting with everyone at this location, because we're all human and need connection if even as a drivethru customer and employee. But several times she's actively been off putting when just saying hi.

Great costumer service
$17 for 2 iced coffees is wild! $.90 upcharge for almond milk is insane. Buyer beware, those tweaks add up!!
